Clearing the under brush
Got the under brush cleared today. So, we can walk the entire lot and put stakes in the ground where the house will go.

Site Visit with Builder
The bank was funded today so, we had Site Visit today after work with the builder, Terence. We walked the land and showed him where we wanted to put the house. He seems like a good builder. Pictures below are from Left, right, back, and then from the front.

Closed on Friday
Went to the construction closing on Friday Feb 18th because of President's Day we will fund on Tuesday Feb 22nd.
